Winter Virtual Lecture Series


This valuable, affordable, expert-led virtual education series supports whole-person wellness throughout the cancer survivorship journey.

EASE Cancer Foundation has been supporting survivors in our community since 2006. Our in-person workshops and rehab programs are on hold as we all take Covid-19 precautions; our intention is to bring people together online and provide education and connection opportunities virtually. Participants will have the option to join us in realtime or watch recordings at a later date. Each lecture will be recorded and available through April 2021. Please join us!

Dr. Bonnie McGregor, PhD discusses proven techniques for managing stress during the holidays and every day. Dr. McGregor has been working with cancer survivors and conducting research on how stress management can improve not only mood and quality of life but also health and immune function among cancer survivors.
