Journey To Wellness Cancer Survivorship Workshop

The annual Journey to Wellness is typically a one or two day workshop featuring breakout sessions in which multiple classes are taught concurrently. You’ll get to choose which class you attend for each session, tailoring your schedule to the subjects that are most meaningful to your unique journey.

Group presentations and smaller breakout class sessions culminate in the creation of individualized personal wellness plans, and you'll take home a detailed syllabus containing cutting-edge information, delicious whole-food recipes, and realistic strategies to thrive as a cancer survivor.

Women’s Retreat

Neuroscience research suggests that feeling happy and joyful will create and strengthen neural pathways that support a positive outlook on life. Most of us are braced, psychically and physically, against the constant signals of distress that continually barrage us. Retreating from the rigors of daily life can allow us to reset, rejuvenate, and learn new skills that will serve us in creating more peaceful, grateful, and joyful lives.

The multi-day women’s retreat will allow you to commune with your deepest self and enjoy the community of like-minded women. Together you will attune to your inner needs through the exciting and powerful modalities of journaling, creativity, movement, and more. You’ll learn practical skills for creating a life that aligns you with joy and health as you embrace survivorship as a life practice.
